Former department head of the Investigative Committee for the Volgograd Region is suspected for organizing terror act, APA reports citing Crime Russia.
Earlier, Muzrayev was detained in the case of the attempted assassination of the governor of the region, Andrei Bocharov. According to investigators, on November 16, 2016, five members of an organized criminal group Evgeny Remezov entered the territory of a private house in the Traktorozavodsky district of Volgograd, where the governor of the region, Andrey Bocharov, lived. The attackers tried to set fire to the building.
