Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Health, Labour and Social Affairs of Georgia David Sergeenko has resigned, the Minister told reporters, APA’s Georgian bureau reports.
He noted that Prime minister Mamuka Bakhtadze will issue a statement regarding his resignation.
“We will issue a joint statement with the Prime Minister. The decision was made after the long-term discussions”, Sergeenko noted.
He emphasized that he will continue his political activity in the “Georgian Dream” Party after his resignation
Note that David Sergeenko was appointed as Health Minister in 2012.
