Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Andrei Rudenko as deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, APA reports citing TASS.

The corresponding decree is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

“To appoint Andrey Rudenko as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation,” the document says.
