Kyrgyzstan recognizes PKK as terrorist organization officially

Bishkek Court has recognized KGK, formerly the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), Jihad Group known as Jamaat-al-Islam, Islamic Jihad Group, Islamic Jihad Union, Islamic Mujahid Movement, Islamic Mujahid Movement in Central Asia. The statement of Prosecutor General’s Office says that Turkey, Azerbaijan, the US, EU and Canada have recognized PKK as terrorist organization.
“Terrorist organization caused danger to Kyrgyzstan committing terrorist actions against Kyrgyz diplomatic missions in Turkey and carrying out illegal propaganda and enlistment among Kurdish Diasporaâ€, the statement says. Prosecutor General’s Office announced that Kyrgyzstan banned activities of the organization in its territory.
