10 officers in Armenia accused of not performing their duties in the war

10 servicemen of the Armenian army are accused of not fulfilling their military obligations during the 44-day war, APA reports citing Armenia's Investigative Committee.

In accordance with the materials of the criminal case, on October 18, 2020, the 2nd infantry battalion of one of the military units set off to participate in combat operations in the military situation.

But a number of servicemen of the battalion, including the battalion commander and 9 officers, refused to fulfill their military obligations and returned to their permanent deployment place.

The collected materials related to the fact have been sent to the prosecutor for submission to the court.
