Armenian opposition starts protest actions against backdrop of Pashinyan's Karabakh statement

Against the background of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement regarding the recognition of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, including Karabakh, the Armenian opposition plans to hold street actions, a representative of Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Party Ishkhan Saghatelyan said at the briefing held today, APA reports.

"Yesterday, Pashinyan announced the surrender of Karabakh, as well as its date. We have 5-6 months to prevent this. Yes, we are planning protests, acts of disobedience," he said.

Saghatelyan added that in the current situation, "the people have no choice but to rebel against the current government."

Recalled that Pashinyan said yesterday that Armenia will recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, including Karabakh.
