Armenian Prosecutor General office refuses to put forward accusations against Pashinyan on war

Armenian Prosecutor General Office has refused to put forward accusation against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on war case, the information of the office said, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.

It was noted that Prosecutor General Office has accepted the appeal of the parents of Armenian servicemen who died in the 44-day war, on conducting full, comprehensive investigation over the case, however, the petition on putting forward accusation against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was not accepted.

“It was rejected because base presented in the document is based on only analysis and consequences of its authors. The cases mentioned in the appeal should be examined,” the statement reads.
