President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that as a result of the armed conflict in Ukraine, the likelihood of a nuclear war has increased, APA reports citing Mriya News.

“Through the efforts of the United States and (their) satellites, a full-scale war has been unleashed in our native country. “Until the last Ukrainian,” I quote. As a result of which, only during the year, about half a million people were killed and maimed on both sides, millions became refugees,” the head of state said.

According to Alexander Lukashenko, "on the horizon as a result of the conflict in Ukraine loomed the third world with nuclear fires."

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the West decided to fight the Russian Federation to the last Ukrainian not in words but in deeds.

Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev suggested that the United States is ready to fight the Russian Federation not only to the last Ukrainian, but also to the last European. In his opinion, even during the Cold War, the Pentagon, with minimal danger from the Soviet Union, was ready to "turn Europe into a radioactive desert."
