"It is quite realistic that the construction of the third high-voltage power line between Armenia and Iran will be completed by the end of the year, said Hakob Vardanyan," Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of Armenia, APA reports.
The deputy minister noted that although the construction of the third high-voltage line between Armenia and Iran started in 2006, the work was actually completed in 2015-2016:
"Before the repeated negotiations in February-March 2018, only 1-2 percent of the total work was done. Large-scale works on the line construction were started in February-March 2018."
