The criminal case of the former Minister of Defense of Armenia David Tonoyan will be sent to the Anti-Corruption Court, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.
His lawyer Sergey Hovhannisyan said that judge Manvel Shahverdyan issued a decision on this.
Notably, David Tonoyan and a group of high-ranking military personnel are accused of purchasing unusable aviation missiles and causing 4.6 million dollars of damage to the state.
