CSTO did not discuss the issue of participation in a special operation in Ukraine

CSTO Secretary General Zas said that the question of the organization’s participation in the special operation was not raised, APA reports citing Lenta.ru.

The Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Stanislav Zas, said that at the summit in Moscow the question of the bloc’s participation in a special operation on the territory of Ukraine was not raised.

“During the meeting, Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin informed his colleagues in great detail about the progress of the special military operation being carried out by the Russian Federation in Ukraine. The question of any participation or involvement of the CSTO in this special military operation was not raised or discussed,” Zas told reporters.
