A few days ago, information was disseminated in the press that the arrest warrant against [ex-President of Armenia] Serzh Sargsyan's son-in-law, Republic of Armenia's former ambassador to the Vatican, Mikayel Minasyan, has been lifted, and he is now free to go to this or that country, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.

"In response to our question, the Prosecutor's Office said that the arrest warrant for Minasyan has not lifted. That is, the arrest warrant in Armenia has not been lifted, but it is no longer under international arrest warrant by Interpol. It means that if he comes to Armenia, he will be arrested, but he can travel around the world. And, according to our information, he has already left for Italy and lives in his house in Rome," noted.
