"Russia's belief in a dialogue with NATO is difficult when tanks and other weapons are deployed near borders," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said in his interview with "Argumenty i Fakty" newspaper, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.

"Now they say that they can conduct a dialogue with Russia at any time and do not seek confrontations with us. However, character of NATO's military planning is just confrontation with Russia. When they deploy tanks and other weapons under your nose and say: "It is not against you, they just stand there", then it is very difficult to believe in any dialogue," stressed Russian diplomat.
