"Warsaw's denial of the opportunity of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to attend the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the OSCE is unlikely to cause discomfort to Russia and Lavrov. This is a headache for the OSCE," said Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.

"Let's remember the end of last year and the beginning of this year. The OSCE itself rejected Russia's constructive proposal for structured, project-oriented, and future-oriented negotiations on security issues. Such statements are unlikely to cause discomfort to our side, especially Sergey Lavrov. But It is clear that this is a big headache for the OSCE as an organization," said the Kremlin spokesman.

Notably, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland did not allow Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to participate in the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OSCE to be held in Lodz on December 1-2.
