Russia’s special operation in Ukraine will end when all the goals set are achieved. The main thing is the efficiency of completing tasks, there are no clear time frames, said Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, on Monday, July 18, APA reports citing BB-CNTV.

The Russian Armed Forces received an order during a special operation to avoid civilian casualties and damage to civilian infrastructure, again stressed the representative of the Kremlin on the TV channel “Russia 24”. “Therefore, the armed forces are working very carefully, using high-precision weapons, excluding any strikes on civilian infrastructure, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about the Ukrainian side,” Peskov said.
