The Kremlin has no information about the detention of a Russian ship carrying grain in Turkiye," said the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"Unfortunately, the Kremlin does not have this information. I consider it is appropriate to apply to the Ministry of Transport, or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since the Turkish side must definitely inform our embassy and consulate general if the ship is detained," the Kremlin spokesman stressed.
Notably, yesterday Reuters disseminated news that the Turkish side detained a Russian ship carrying Ukrainian grain.
