"NATO’s actions in the situation with the Kyiv regime demonstrate that the brain disease of the alliance, which the President of France announced Emmanuel Macron, has gone too far, said," the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov said on October 7, speaking via video link at a meeting of the United Russia commission within the framework of the international forum “Environmental Policy and Sustainable Development," APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.

Lavrov recalled that at one time, Macron diagnosed NATO with “brain cancer.”

“And judging by the way the alliance nurtures the neo-Nazi regime in Kyiv, this disease has gone too far,” the minister stated.

He noted that the head of EU diplomacy Josep Borrell announced the beginning of the formation of a security structure in the EU without the participation of Russia. The Europeans “just dance to the tune of Kyiv” and encourage the crazy fantasies of the Kyiv leadership.
