Lukashenko told Putin about those who left: "Let them run"

At a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Sochi, the head of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, said that citizens who left Russia due to partial mobilization could come to an agreement with the Russian authorities rather than go abroad. However, according to the Belarusian president, there is no need to worry about them, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.

“And thank God, maybe. There is a criterion that shows who is who. There is nothing wrong with this. Russia has 25 million mobilization resources. Let 30 thousand, 50 thousand run away. If they stayed here, would they be our people? Let them run. They will still arrive, but it is necessary to decide what to do with them … So (leave Russia. – Kommersant) you can’t do it. You can eventually come to an agreement and not run around Europe and America, ”said the President of Belarus.

He also cited Belarusians who left his country as an example. “I don’t know how you feel about this, I don’t really worry. In 2020, several thousand left: they are asking to go back. Most ask: take it back. Let them run. And these will come,” Mr. Lukashenko noted.
