The new commander of the Russian Peacekeeping Contingent (RPC) in Karabakh, Colonel General Alexander Lentsov, has arrived in the region, APA reports citing Armenian Media.
Today he met with the Minister of Defense of Armenia Suren Papikyan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the operational situation and problems in the region. They also talked about increasing the efficiency of peacekeepers' activities in Karabakh.
During the discussion, the importance of fulfilling trilateral Statements was emphasized and the situation on the Lachin road was discussed.
