"Russia's special military operation in Ukraine is achieving its goals," Kremlin spokesperson Dimitry Peskov said on Tuesday, APA reports citing Tele Trader.
In this regard, he explained there are no approximate deadlines for completing the operation, but everything is going according to plan. In that sense, he emphasized that Ukraine could halt the campaign if it were in Kyiv's will. To do that, elaborated Peskov, Ukraine needs "to fulfill the conditions of the Russian Federation."
"The Ukrainian side can stop everything before the end of the day; it needs an order to nationalist units to lay down their arms," Peskov told reporters
