Patrushev listed the objectives of the special operations in Ukraine

Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said that despite the US and other Western countries providing military aid to Ukraine, the goals of the Russian special operation will be achieved, APA reports citing RIA Novosti.

The goals of the special operations are to ensure the protection of people from genocide by the Ukrainian neo-Nazi regime, to demilitarize and seize the territory of Ukraine, in fact to achieve its neutral status as stipulated in the Ukrainian constitution, said Patrushev, speaking at a meeting on national security issues in Khabarovsk.

“Despite the United States and the West providing military aid to Ukraine, these goals will be achieved, despite the increased supply of deadly weapons,” said the Secretary of the Security Council.

Patrushev argued that Russia should launch a special military operation because “the spread of neo-Nazism in Ukraine, the operation on the territory of biological laboratories included in the US military biological program, and the plans announced by the Kyiv authorities, nuclear weapons and joining NATO, only It has created significant threats not only to the security of Russia, but to the security of the whole world.

Russia launched a military operation against Ukraine on February 24. President Vladimir Putin described his goal as “protecting people who have been subjected to eight years of bullying and genocide by the Kyiv regime.” To this end, Putin noted that the “demilitarization and de-Nazification of Ukraine” is planned to bring to justice all war criminals responsible for “bloodly crimes against civilians” in Donbass. According to the President, the ultimate goal of the special military operation is the liberation of Donbass and the creation of conditions that guarantee Russia’s security.

As Vladimir Putin stated on June 30, the special operation in Ukraine is proceeding according to plan, it is wrong to set any date, Russian troops are reaching their goal.
