Russian President Vladimir Putin during a telephone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett discussed what is happening in Ukraine, said the Kremlin press service, APA reports.
Reported that the parties "continued a thorough exchange of views on the situation in Ukraine."
It also became known that Putin and the Israeli prime minister discussed the evacuation of civilians from the territory of the Azovstal plant in Mariupol. During the talks, the Russian president indicated that the Russian military was ready to ensure the safe exit of civilians, while the Ukrainian forces stationed there should lay down their arms.
