Russia lifts border crossing restrictions imposed over COVID-19

As of July 15, Russia will lift restrictions imposed on border crossing due to the spread of COVID-19, APA's Moscow correspondent reports citing the operative headquarters for fighting the spread of the coronavirus infection.

Deputy prime minister Tatyana Golikova held the next meeting of the operational headquarters to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection in Russia.

"Following discussions, the operational headquarters decided to cancel the temporary restrictions on crossing the state border of the Russian Federation as an epidemiological condition from July 15, 2022, determined by the Decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation 635-r dated March 16, 2020, and March 27, 2020."
