Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the service of foreign citizens in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The relevant decree was published on the legal-information internet portal.
The decree defines the procedure for military service of citizens who have the citizenship of a foreign state or a residence permit or other document confirming the right of a citizen to live permanently in the territory of a foreign state during peacetime.
