Russian forces hit two Ukrainian military aircraft - MoD

"Russian air defense systems shot down one Ukrainian Su-25 aircraft over the settlement of Trypillia in the Donetsk. In addition, a MiG-29 of the Ukrainian Air Force was shot down near the village of Kamennaya Yaruga in the Kharkiv region," said Major General Igor Konashenkov, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, APA reports.

15 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed in the areas of the settlements of Semyonovka, Velyki Prohody, Balakliya, Malye Prohody, and Velyka Kamyshevakha of the Kharkiv region, Rudnichny, Grabskoe, Staromikhaylovka, Volnoe of the Donetsk People's Republic, Belyaevka, Chernobaevka of the Kherson region. Also, in the areas of the settlements of Kamenka and Malaya Kamyshevakha, Kharkiv region, eight Ukrainian rockets of the Smerch multiple launch rocket system were intercepted.

In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 172 aircraft, 125 helicopters, 927 unmanned aerial vehicles, 311 anti-aircraft missile systems, 3139 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 389 multiple rocket launchers, 1548 field artillery guns and mortars, as well as 2997 units of special military vehicles," added Konashenkov.
