"Last year, Armenia did not allocate a contingent of troops to the joint exercises of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) held in Kazakhstan," Russia's Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a weekly briefing, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, this, surely, leads to certain difficulties for the allies, and forces to reform the plan which has been already agreed through the line of the military institutions: "As it is known for us, such work is going on within the framework of CSTO. We assume that an optimal solution will be found at the ned".
