The Russian Foreign Ministry has declared one of the diplomats of the Lithuanian embassy as an "undesirable person", APA reports citing the Russian MFA.
It's implemented as Russian MFA's response to Lithuania's analogical move.
Reminding that on December 1 of 2022, the representative of the Russian Embassy in Lithuania was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was presented with a note recognizing an employee of the Russian embassy in Lithuania as a "persona non grata". This note was issued due to the incompatibility of the employee's activities with his diplomatic status.
