Official representative of Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova has criticized a journalist of Armenian Public Television for a provocative question at her briefing, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.

While the Armenian journalist tried to ask a question about the alleged attack of Azerbaijan on Armenian territory on the night from September 12 to 13, as well as firing on post and service vehicle of the Russian Federal Security Service on Armenian border yesterday. Zakharova interrupted the journalist's question and noted that it was a briefing of an official representative of Russian Foreign Ministry, not of an Armenian journalist: "That is why firstly, we ask to sound your question, do not read a biased material. Secondly, we received an appeal from Armenia for assistance. As you know, CSTO held an online summit and it was decided to send a CSTO mission to Armenia. The Russian side is doing what is possible to reduce tension," she added.
