"Russian missile and artillery forces hit 1,053 Ukrainian military facilities last night," said Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, the Russian Air Force shot down 73 Ukrainian military facilities, including seven outposts, four ammunition depots, and a Msta-B howitzer, while Russian air defense systems fired two Tochka-U missiles in the Donbas overnight.
Konashenkov also said that the Russian armed forces destroyed about 40 personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and 7 vehicles in the Novovorontsovka and Kiselevka regions with high-precision missiles. "Since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, the Russian armed forces have destroyed 496 unmanned aerial vehicles, 2388 tanks, and armored vehicles of the Ukrainian armed forces."
According to the ministry official, since February 24, 92% of Ukrainian aircraft, 98% of tanks and armored vehicles, and 47% of artillery systems have been destroyed.
