Russian MoD: HIMARS launcher was destroyed in Kharkiv region

The Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed more than 30 militants of the Kraken nationalist formation and ten vehicles in the Kharkiv region, APA reports citing a daily report of the Russian Defense Ministry.

Over the past day, up to 20 servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were killed and more than 50 wounded. Six command posts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were also hit; manpower and Ukrainian military equipment in 152 districts.

The mi-8 helicopter was shot down in the Kherson region; in the Mykolaiv region, two depots of rocket and artillery weapons and ammunition were destroyed, where shells for multiple launch rocket systems, including those for the American HIMARS, were stored. Also, in the Kharkiv region, Russian forces destroyed a HIMARS launcher. Over the past day, five drones were shot down, including one Bayraktar-TB2, four US-made HARM anti-radar missiles, and intercepted 34 HIMARS, Uragan, and Alder shells.

As informed in the Russian military departments, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continued to try to gain a foothold in certain sections of the Mykolaiv-Kryvyi Rih direction. Their Ukrainian forces lost 11 tanks, seven infantry fighting vehicles, 8 other armored vehicles, nine pickup trucks with heavy machine guns, and more than 220 military personnel.
