The Russian president noted that all conditions should be created for the structural restructuring of the country's economy.
"Our priority is to maintain macroeconomic stability and sustainability. As always, we have some disputes in this regard - what should we pay more attention to, where should we allocate funds or create a safety cushion, how to create it in new conditions, and what is a safety cushion in modern conditions, when is the de-dollarization process going?"
