"We are facing double standards in the issue of sending UNESCO technical personnel to our liberated territories” Minister of Culture Anar Karimov said at the board meeting of the Ministry, APA reports.
The Minister said that cooperation with UNESCO continues on promotion of cultural heritage.
Noting that new pilot projects are developed in cooperation with UNESCO, the Minister highlighted the services of First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva in developing relations with the organization. He said that nomination files on Traditional silk production for silkworm breeding and weaving, Anecdotes of Mullah Nasreddin, pearl art, wrestling, tea culture, Balaban crafts and performing arts will be applied to include in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List.
