Azerbaijan's Culture Ministry: Payment was made to a Turkish company filming a series about the Patriotic War

"Reports that the Bozdağ film company has stopped shooting the series about the Patriotic War due to due to the failure to fulfill the specified financial payment are unfounded," Nurida Allahyarova, head of the media and communication department of the Ministry of Culture, told APA.

"Financial procedures have been conducted. At present, we continue our cooperation with the Bozdağ film company. Some of the processes related to the shooting of the 8-series film about the Patriotic War, such as writing the script, preparatory period, searching for locations, and working with actors, have been completed, while others are underway. Shooting will begin in March next year. Mehmet Bozdag, the head of the company, said this in a statement to the Azerbaijani media a few days ago.
