"We are considering the onstruction of a new theater building in Shusha," said Culture Minister Anar Karimov to journalists, APA reports.
He said that Shusha was declared a reserve by the decision of Mr. President: "Although the master plan of Shusha has been approved, the work is underway on the preparation of a detailed plan. So, it is a matter of discussion of what cultural institutions will be there. Considering that the territory of Shusha is not so large, we should optimally determine the location of cultural and other institutions there."
The minister added that the issue of constructing a theater building in Shusha is on the agenda.
