A delegation headed by the Head of Azerbaijan’s State Service for Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture, Azad Jafarli, visited Paris to participate in the 17th session of the Committee for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Armed Conflict, the State Committee told APA.
The agenda of the session of the committee includes the adoption of the report on the activities of the Secretariat, the adoption of amendments to the monitoring and control mechanisms of the implementation of the Second Protocol of the Hague Convention of 1954, the protection of cultural resources in Ukraine and other issues.
An issue on mines planted by Armenians was included in the agenda of the session as well.
