Changes in the world should not affect relations between nations. One of the main goals of the organization is to protect and restore the cultural heritage. Shusha is the cultural capital and historical city of Azerbaijan. Cultural heritage monuments in the region were damaged on a large scale during the Karabakh war. Some monuments have been completely destroyed."
