Uzeyir Hajibeyli XI International Music Festival to be held

XI International Music Festival dedicated to Uzeyir Hajibeyli will be held on September 18-30, the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan told APA.

Noted that the festival will be held with initiatives of Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Culture.

About 40 events are planned to be held with participation of well-known musicians and collectives from the US, Russia, China, Turkey, Italy, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Georgia - Çukurova State Symphony Orchestra, Silk Road Philharmonic Ensemble of the People’s Republic of China, Sergei Roldugin, Khatia Buniatishvili, Alena Baeva, Miroslav Kultyshev, Sergei Dogadin, Philipp Kopachevsky, Velichka Jochev, Evgeny Avramenko, Lorenzo Tazzieri, Dmitry Khokhlov, Margarita Alexandrovich, Murat Salim Tokac, Regina Rustamova, Jabrayil Idrisov, Giorgi Chelidze, Umid Israfilov, as well as Azerbaijan musicians Rauf Abdullayev, Ulviyya HAsiyeva, Yegane Akhundova, Fakhraddin Karimov, Murad Adigozelzade, Murad Huseynov, Eyyub Guliyev, Mustafa Mehmandarov and others
