Based on the complaint of the parents and the teaching staff, an investigation was conducted against the director of secondary school No. 323 in Baku, the Ministry of Education told APA.
The investigation revealed the poor organization of the educational process carried out by the school director Gunay Rustamova, the adjustment of the final results of the students, the illegal issuance of certificates of distinction for general secondary education to some students, as well as violation of the requirements of the order “On special cases” and instructions on maintaining and maintaining school documents.
For serious violations in the management and control of the institution, abuse of authority, failure to perform duties and official functions, the employment contract with the school principal Gunay Rustamova was terminated.
