"Liberated Shusha's hosting the 5th Congress of World Azerbaijanis is amazing," said First Deputy Director General of Russian TASS news agency Mikhail Gusman, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, organization of Victory Congres of the World Azerbaijanis in Shusha is really a great event: "Liberated Shusha's hosting the event is amazing. All of us will wait for speech of the Azerbaijani President there. I am here now with you, but afraid of being late for the plan, being late for the Congress in Shusha. I am looking forward to April 22. We have waited for the moment for many years. I am talking now, my eyes are filling with tears of joy," said Mikhail Gusman while answering questions of journalists after meeting with students within the framework of "Russia's well-known Azerbaijanis" project at Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
