Allahshukur Pashazade and leaders of other religious confessions in Azerbaijan address letter to President Ilham Aliyev

The Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office, Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade and leaders of other religiois confessions in Azerbaijan have addressed a letter to President Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
The letter reads as follows: “In the name of the one Allah,
Honorable Mr. President,
We, the leaders of the religious confessions living in Azerbaijan, taking into consideration the will of our country’s religious figures and religious people, as well as their multiple appeals, express our deep gratitude to You – the national leader of the Azerbaijani people and the First vice-president Mehriban khanoom for the great works implemented by You in these hard times, the special care demonstrated by You, Your sincere messages, and the material and spiritual support addressed to people. This is our spiritual duty as the religious leaders, and we declare this with great pleasure on behalf of the religious communities which we represent.
Your Excellency, in the times when the world lives through the troubled period, when we undergo the challenging trials in all spheres of life, we once again witnessed Your great personality and Your grandeur as a state figure. You have risen once again in our esteem for unprecedented efforts of Your Excellency in prevention of coronavirus calamity, as the invincible leader of the Azerbaijani people, as the national state figure. By the favor of the Almighty Allah, You have carved out a place in the hearts of our people in the capacity of the heroic son of the Motherland bringing hope to people and saving their lives.
