“There is no any restriction regarding the Azerbaijani citizens’ travels abroad. Simply, the international flights have been suspended until May 31”, said Leyla Abdullayeva, head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the press conference organized by the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers today, APA reports.
L. Abdullayeva said if the opposite party i.e. a foreign country is ready to accept foreign visitors, the travel of the Azerbaijani citizens especially the persons who have residence permit is implemented by charter flights.
And Hikmet Hajiyev noted that there are restrictions regarding travels due to the special quarantine regime: “Some steps can be taken in this area in accordance with the general situation. Currently, the restriction regarding visas remains valid”.
