Azerbaijani PM sets task aimed at ensuring execution of decree regarding establishment of AIH

Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov has signed an order aimed at ensuring execution of Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “about establishment of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding”, APA reports.

Based on the order, the Ministry of Justice should prepare its proposals regarding improvement of laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with establishment of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding and should agree those proposals with the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance and other concerned state agencies (legal entities owned by state) that will be determined in the course of execution process and submit those proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers within the period of two months.
