“The measures are being taken via the International Red Cross Committee regarding the health of Dilgam Asgerov and Shahbaz Guliyev”, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan-Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan Hikmat Hajiyev said at a briefing held by Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
H. Hajiyev said Azerbaijan taking into consideration humanistic principles, has proposed exchange of war prisoners and hostages based on "all for all" principle: “Azerbaijan also comes up with the initiatives regarding the protection of the health of both our hostages due to coronavirus”.
