"The main result of last year and not only last year, but the last 30 years is the liberation of our lands from occupation. Azerbaijan won its historic victory in 44 days, liberated its lands, dealt crushing blows to the enemy and defeated Armenia. As a result of this defeat, Armenia was forced to sign an act of capitulation, surrender, and we returned our three regions by political means without firing a single shot or killing a single martyr," President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said at a video conference on the results of 2020 on January 6, APA reports.
The President noted that this put an end to Armenia's 30-year policy of aggression.
