The head of state said that it is necessary to end these visits: “We warn you that if such provocative steps are taken, Armenia will regret even more. Steps are now being taken to normalize relations. Russia has provided the parties with its mediation opportunities. A delegation of representatives of the Russian government, which recently visited Armenia and Azerbaijan, mainly discussed these topics."
Azerbaijani President noted if relations are normalized, then why such provocative "visits"? "What do they want to show? Trying to annoy us again? Let them not forget that such steps cost them dearly. Therefore, all visits must be done away with. No foreign citizen can visit this territory without our permission, no international organization, with the exception of the Red Cross. This is our territory. The whole world recognizes this territory as an integral part of Azerbaijan. Armenian Foreign Minister, who are you to go there? We issue a warning. If this happens again, our answer will be tough. We warned them the first time through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Henceforth, the warning will be different, ”the head of state said.
