Azerbaijani President: “Vaccination against coronavirus is planned to start in Azerbaijan at the beginning of next year - UPDATED

"We also developed vaccination strategy, this strategy envisages multi-platform," said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in his speech while speaking about vaccination strategy at the meeting of the heads of CIS countries, APA reports.

The head of state noted that regardless of which technology to be used, the main criteria for us will be scientifically substantiated safety of those vaccines: “Vaccination program is envisaged to be started early next year, vaccination will be voluntary and will be carried out at the expense of the state.”

President said that vaccination will be voluntary and will be carried out at public expense.

The head of the state noted that strategy on vaccination is being developed.
