Azerbaijani President signs order on additional measures regarding increase of productivity in state management

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on additional measures regarding the increase of productivity in state management, APA reports.
The order reads: “Multilateral works are being implemented in the Republic in the direction of improvement of public administration. As one of the challenges of the modern era, development and applying the assessment system of state bodies and organizations in phases in accordance with the performance indicators of their activities is in the focus of our state.
In this regard, the necessary system prepared and adopted based on key performance indicators in accordance with modern standards for assessment of the activity of the legal entities whose control packages of shares (stocks) belong to the state.
Taking into account implemented social-economic reforms, the state's care and attention to the development of the regions, along with other practical measures to bring a new stage of socio-economic development in the regions, opportunities of the application of efficiency evaluation system to local executive bodies should be analyzed and implementation of the advanced world experience in our country should be started.
At the same time, there is a necessity to increase of efficiency of work being conducted in the direction of the organization of state control and compliance with executive discipline, to establish more comprehensive and flexible mechanisms in this field."
