Belarusian parliamentary observation mission held a press conference on February 9 following the parliamentary elections, APA reports.

The head of the mission, Sergei Lachkov, said that they were observing the polling stations: “There was activity in the polling stations. The organization was at a good level. The level of preparation was also good. Good conditions were created for each candidate. This also meant transparency and fair elections.”

Mr Lachkov noted that voters made their choice freely: “Voters were not affected in the polling stations. I would like to note that most exit polls were organized in most polling stations”.
