“The opinion of international organizations on elections has been generally positive,” the chairman of Central Election commission Mezahir Panahov said at the plenum of Constitutional Court, APA reports.
M. Panahov said that the elections were followed by 883 international observers representing 58 countries from 59 international organizations: “Generally, they have given opinion regarding the holding of 9 February elections in Azerbaijan in free and democratic condition. There were some points only in the report of OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions. And it is normal.”
