"Protocols have been received from the 3200 polling stations or 62 percent of polling stations," said Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) today at a press conference following a snap parliamentary election in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
According to the CEC Chairman, traditionally, 75% of polling stations report preliminary results when they enter the CEC.
Mr Panahov noted that after receiving the protocols from 10-12% of the polling stations, the CEC will announce the preliminary results of the parliamentary elections tonight.
